1991 Foundation

Conversion of a former repair company into Schöpstal Maschinenbau GmbH.

Dr. Knut Scheibe, Burkhard Noack and Raino Klare take over as the company's management board.

The production programme mainly includes components for agricultural machinery.

1997

New office building complex and expansion of the production halls.

Establishment of the design department and reorganisation of the technical work preparation.

Implementation of the company's internal quality assurance system.

Development of additional business areas in the field of mechanical engineering and expansion of the range of services.

2000

The start of using CNC-controlled technology in the areas of cutting, forming and machining.

2006

Extensive expansion investments in manufacturing equipment, including CNC drilling and milling machines, CNC laser cutting machines, CNC folding press.

2009

Commissioning of a new production hall for the fabrication of large parts as well as a high rack storage system.

New acquisition of the CNC drilling and milling machine Bimatec-Soraluce FR 14000.

2012/2013

Construction of a new assembly hall.

2015

Renovation of the entrance portal.

Enlargement and modernisation of the office building and staff rooms.

2016

25-year company anniversary.
